Greetings, Some may wonder who is the mysterious face behind the enigma of "Jausserande Shadowstar." Well, I'm flattered, truly. This page is for me to express who I am. I am discovering more and more about myself each day... I am an aspiring writer, first of all. There are just so many stories in this tapestry we call life that I want to bring out. I want to explore the darkest depths of the human mind as well as the brightest light of Divinity. And I want to share what I learn through my poetry, through my stories and through my songs. I may post samples of my writing here... then again maybe not. But I did anyway... I am a college student. That's right. I'm only 19 years old. College has been possibly one of the most interesting experiences I've had. This is where I learned the true meaning of failure. For more information please refer to my first semester grade reports. Before this I had never failed a class before. But I also learned to overcome and I am once again flying through my classes. College is also where I first fell in love. (I promise I won't get too mushy.) But anyway, that experience alone taught me to accept myself for who I am and not to depend on others. It also taught me the true meaning in love. I wish it was possible to explain here but it's something everyone must learn for themselves. And then he broke up with me... That same experience also tought me there are better ways to channel your energy than using the darker magics to get even with someone... I have also learned the true meaning of forgiveness. Now I am very much attached to someone else who is much kinder and respectful to me. I am a performer. That's right. I love getting attention. I used to be in the Visual and Performing Arts High School Drama Program (VPAHS). But of course there were difficulties I'd rather not discuss here. I do want to get back into Theatre acting, eventually. I love the intense heat of the lights penetrating the thick layer of stage makeup as you stand on the stage blinded by the glare of those very same lights as you say your one line. ROFLMAO. Sorry couldn't help it. Actually it's not that bad. Speaking of performing, I'm also a singer. I was one of the main Altos in my High School choir and then a second soprano in college. I've always loved music. Music soothes the heart and feeds the soul. While I admit that I am horrible at attempting to play anything but the simplest instruments. I can sing some of the highest notes on the scale. But only when I want to. I am an Ex-Wiccan Priestess. Now I am simply Pagan. Why did I choose this path? Well, there are many reasons for that. You could say I had a crisis of faith. I lost my faith in the Catholic Church. And when I found no help from those of the clergy, I sought it in books. I found all the answers I was looking for in Wicca but it still seemed a bit off to me. And that is why I chose this path. What does the future hold for me? Hmm... We will find out soon enough, hm?
